Russia’s Grizzly Coast at the Minnesota Zoo

With gas prices so crazy I know a lot of people are sticking closer to home this summer. If you haven’t decided on a vacation yet this year or you want a great weekend get away let me suggest a trip to the . They have a brand new exhibit called Russia’s Grizzly Coast and it is tailor made for kids!

It features a huge sea otter tank with plenty of seating to watch the otters play, great viewing areas of all the animals (with rocks to climb for a better view), bubbling mud, geysers and dinosaur bones to dig.

It’s a great exhibit and combined with the rest of the zoo it’s a great day trip.
