I Blog, Do You?
If you are reading this, then there is a good chance that you’re in Iowa. Am I right? Now my odds are going down a bit, but I’m betting that there are a good amount of you who have your own blog. If you do and you’re anything like me, you have contemplated going to some of the large conferences held annually … usually in places much farther than I’m willing to travel.
Do we have that in common?
Well, whether we do or we don’t, you’re going to want to check into this. Jody, Iowa Geek, has put together and is hosting this awesome event. It’s a conference. For bloggers. Being held in Iowa! All bloggers in the midwest are invited to come. How cool is THAT?

The I_Blog conference will be held at the Hotel Pattee in Perry, Iowa November 14-15, 2009. Speakers include Melanie from Blogging Basics 101, Darcy from Graphically Designing and BJ Weber from Ankeny Tax and Accounting. We are planning plenty of fun as well and hope to bring together a community of amazing Iowa- and Midwest- bloggers.
Rooms must be booked by calling the Hotel Pattee 515-465-3511. Be sure to mention that you are with I_Blog, iatraveler’s group. Double rooms are available for $99. (Need a roommate? Watch the website (www.iblogconference.com) for a forum to help find one.) Special rates are available for single king rooms and suites, too.
