Recycle those cute baby clothes!

Don’t you feel bad throwing away those stained or too-small onesies with the cute little ducks? Can’t bear to part with the fuzzy walrus P.J.’s, but know they’ll end up in a box in the basement? Want a way to turn those baby clothes into memories?

After your baby’s first six months or year, you probably have dozens (or a closetful) of cute outfits that your baby has outgrown that are too cute, too memorable or too stained to sell!

Let me extract the love out of those darling clothes by cutting away the stains and turning the most precious parts of those outfits into an even more precious  throw or twin-sized quilt. Your baby will have the quilt as a keepsake of his or her first outfits, and can even pass it on to children and grandchildren. And if you opt for a quilt that can double as a wall hanging (loops can be sewn in so a dowel can be inserted) you’ll get an adorable decoration for your child’s room that will fill you with memories every time you walk in!
